Accessibility

For all visitors with disabilities, one accompanying person may enter free of charge. Please indicate in advance when booking via info@museon-omniversum.nl that a companion will come along for free.

Please use the main entrance on Stadhouderslaan, as the entrance via the Kunstmuseum garden is not suitable for wheelchairs. Always reserve your wheelchair space in the cinema in advance via info@museon-omniversum.nl and indicate whether you are coming with a wheelchair and/or free companion. Please note that the seats in our big-screen film theatre at Omniversum are suitable for wheelchairs with a maximum width of 850 mm.

Two wheelchairs are also available (free of charge). If you would like to use one of these, please also book this via info@museon-omniversum.nl

There are two disabled parking spaces in the car park at the entrance to Omniversum, ideal if you are only visiting the cinema. These spaces cannot be reserved.

Certified service dogs are welcome at Museon-Omniversum. Other animals are not allowed.
