How does the combination ticket work?
A combo ticket includes admission to the museum and one daytime film screening in the Dome. You can reserve your film in advance when buying your ticket, or on the day of your visit at the ticket desk (subject to availability). The holidays can get very busy, so we highly recommend booking your film in advance to guarantee your spot.
Would you like to see an extra daytime film? You can book a second film at the ticket desk for €8.50 (subject to availability).
How long is an average visit with children?
An average visit takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours. If you add an activity or film, please allow for 3 to 4 hours in total.
How do I buy tickets and choose a film?
Tickets can easily be purchased online via our ticket page.
Simply choose a day ticket and book the film you would like to see right away. Advance booking is highly recommended to guarantee your spot.
You will receive a confirmation email containing both your museum ticket and your film reservation. Please note that you will receive 2 separate tickets in your inbox: one for the museum and one for the film. Make sure to double-check the date and time!
Can I re-enter the museum after the film?
Yes! If you visit the museum and see the film on the same day, you are welcome to return to the museum afterwards. This means you can decide the order of your visit yourself.
