Dutch nature reserves in 360° filmed from the air

Experience Dutch nature as you have never seen it before: from above and all around you

An audiovisual presentation by drone photographer Paul Oostveen

Drone photographer Paul Oostveen created 360° images above both well-known and lesser-known landscapes across the Netherlands. He guides you through his personal journey of discovery, sharing the unique features of each area.

You will see dozens of natural landscapes from all Dutch provinces. In the large, dome-shaped film space, it feels as if you are gently floating above them. The elevated viewpoint offers a clear, wide perspective, revealing the richness and variety of these areas: forests, heathlands, grasslands, small lakes, hills and more.

A wide range of natural landscapes passes by, from Terschelling to the hills of South Limburg. You will see flowering heath, forests in autumn colours, water-rich peat meadow areas, and the major rivers. Some images were captured under exceptional conditions: the IJssel during high water, the Haaksbergerveen covered in snow, and De Meinweg National Park and Deurnese Peel National Park after the major wildfires of 2020. Wherever you live in the Netherlands, there will always be landscapes from your own region included.

360° images of Dutch natural landscapes have never before been shown in the Dome. It is a rare opportunity to experience these landscapes in a new and engaging way.
