About the film

The documentary combines archival footage with recent interviews. Band members reflect on different stages of their career, complemented by contributions from other artists and people involved.

The film moves between past and present. Footage of early performances and rehearsals is intercut with conversations and material from later years.

In between these moments, animations of Eddie, the Iron Maiden mascot, appear. These sequences return at several points in the film, linking the different periods together.
