Frequently Asked Questions

How does the combo ticket work?

With a combination ticket, you can visit the museum and watch one daytime film in the Dome. You can reserve your film and time when purchasing your ticket, or on the day itself,  subject to availability. During the spring holiday it can get busy, so we recommend reserving your film in advance to secure your spot.

Want to see an additional daytime film? You can book a second film at the ticket desk for €8.50, subject to availability.

How long does a visit with children usually take?

A visit typically lasts 1.5 to 2.5 hours. If you add an activity or a film, plan for 3 to 4 hours.

How do I buy tickets and select a film?

You can buy your tickets easily via the but tickets page. 

You select a day ticket and can immediately reserve the film you want to see. Advance booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your spot.

You will receive a confirmation email with your museum ticket and film reservation. Two tickets will be sent: one for the museum and one for the film. Please double check the date and time!

 

Can I return to the museum after the film?

Yes. If you visit the museum and film on the same day, you can return to the museum after the film. You can choose the order in which you experience everything.
