Find inspiration in nature!
Since November 2024, the museum has had a completely new lower floor, filled with creative, innovative exhibitions focusing on the hopeful transition to a circular economy.
The two impressive Pillars of Hope showcase, with a wealth of objects and innovative products, how we can restore balance between people, materials, and nature. These 8-metre-high columns feature inspiring examples of nature’s resilience and human creativity.
Also discover the Mighty Materials Square, where you’ll learn that waste doesn’t exist and how materials can be given a second (or third, or fourth) life.
It is the pride of our museum: a giant installation packed with collection pieces at the museum entrance, created to inspire 1 million people to take better care of our planet.
The Pillars of Hope were made possible thanks to the support of hundreds of donors.
