An immersive evening of music, colour, and light
Impossible Space is a captivating show that takes you through light, colour, and sound – from fractal nebulae to imagined planets.
Impossible Space takes you on a boundary-defying journey through music, art, and imagination. The dome fills with shifting patterns, light, and colour that move in perfect harmony with the music. The show reveals that “space” is more than the universe above us – it exists within our minds, data, and the microscopic building blocks of reality.
The original score by composer Johannes Kraas and visual artist Rocco Helmchen blends epic orchestral film music with electronic minimalism, creating an emotional journey that blurs the line between art and science.
Their award-winning fulldome works have been presented worldwide in planetariums and art festivals. With Impossible Space, they bring a unique evening experience to The Hague – a fusion of sound, light, and emotion that invites you to disconnect from the everyday.
An evening in the Dome to unwind, be inspired, and let yourself be carried away by a symphony of light and sound.
This show is part of Museon-Omniversum’s evening programme.
What is a film dome? Where can I park? What is there to eat and drink? Are there accessible toilets?
